BatteryLimits appointed to manage Boonanarring E&P

BatteryLimits has been commissioned to take on the engineering and procurement for Image Resources’ Boonanarring Mineral Sands Project, in Western Australia, after successfully completing the Bankable Feasibility Study on time and on budget. BatteryLimits and Image formed an integrated team to manage the project.

BatteryLimits’ Director Phil Hearse said the project was an important milestone for the company as it expanded from project consultancy and studies to implementation.

“We assembled a strong team to complete the Bankable Feasibility Study and are now progressing through to project design and engineering management,” he said.

The project involves dry mining of the Boonanarring mineral sands, using a mining feed unit and wet concentrator plant being relocated from Mindarie, in South Australia.
